Tracking Information
Tracking number with carrier information will be sent by email to your registered email address once the order has been shipped. You can also find the tracking information in your account.
For international orders, you may need to pay for the import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per country’s laws in order to clear customs.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your packages is returned to us due to the wrong or incomplete address information, there will be a delivery cost to re-deliver your order to the corrected address. So please make sure you have informed us the right address for the delivery.
